Technical Support

Technical Support is available to customers with valid support and maintenance agreements. To obtain support for problems with, or changes to, your service please use the options below:

  1. Open a support ticket in our Customer Support Ticket System by clicking on the Open a Ticket button below.
  2. Email Customer Support at support@freehandnetworks.com providing as much information as possible along with you contact information.
  3. Call our Customer Support Center on 919-573-6300, option 2. Phone support is available between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Time).
